A Dallas native with a rich background in real estate, Paola brings over a decade of industry expertise to each transaction. She began her career in 2013 in property management, where she developed a deep understanding of market trends, client relations, and investment strategy. Her charismatic personality and passion for real estate shine through in every interaction, making her a trusted partner in the home-buying and selling process.

After establishing herself in property management, Paola co-founded a national renovation company, overseeing multi-family, residential, and commercial projects across the country. Managing large-scale renovations from the ground up, she honed her expertise in project management, rehab costs, marketing, and design, critical skills that now set her apart in the real estate world.

Her passion for real estate investment led her to personally invest in the Dallas market, where she gained firsthand experience in analyzing property values and maximizing returns. Now, as a valued member of the TribecaGroup at Compass, Paola leverages her extensive background to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions with confidence.
